How to Play Trailborn RPG

How to Play Trailborn RPG

New to Trailborn RPG? Here's everything you need to get your character into the world and start surviving in it.

1. Add the Bot to Your Server

Before you can play, the Trailborn RPG bot needs to be added to a Discord server.

When you invite it, make sure to approve all requested permissions. These let the bot read commands, send responses, and track your progress properly. If any are skipped, commands may fail to respond or behave unpredictably.

2. Start Your Journey

Once the bot is online in your server, type /start or !start. This creates your character and begins your journey.

3. Slash or Prefix, Your Choice

Every command in Trailborn RPG works two ways: as a slash command or a prefix command. They do exactly the same thing, so use whichever feels more natural.

Example: `/profile` and `!profile` both open your profile.
