Play Minigames in Trailborn RPG
The Rusty Griffon Tavern is your off-hours earning table. Five games, real Golden Coin stakes, and a drinking contest that asks nothing except how long you can hold your liquor. Here's how every game works.
Enter the Tavern
Use /tavern or !tavern to open the Rusty Griffon Tavern. The main screen shows all five minigames, your current Gold and Gems balance in the footer, and your running tavern record.
Only one minigame can be active at a time. Finish your current game before starting another.
Coin Toss
Pick Heads or Tails, enter your bet, and wait for the suspense reveal. The simplest game in the tavern.
- -Win: bet x2 returned
- -Lose: bet is gone
The Cups Game
A ball hides under one of 8 cups. Bet an amount, then pick a cup. You get up to 3 tries to find it. Find it on the first try or the last - the payout is the same.
- -Win: bet x3 returned
- -Lose: fail to find the ball in 3 tries and the full bet is lost
Rat Betting Pit
Three named rats race. The tavern walks through the race in rounds with live-style progress updates, then reveals final positions. Pick your rat before the race starts.
- -Win: bet x2.5 returned
- -Lose: bet is gone
Blackjack
Place a bet to start. You and the dealer both get two cards - the dealer shows one. Choose Hit to draw or Stand to let the dealer play.
- -Win: bet x2 returned
- -Bust (over 21): you lose immediately
- -Dealer busts or your total beats theirs: you win
Aces are handled automatically. The game picks the value that keeps you closest to 21 without busting.
Drinking Contest
No bets. Pure endurance. Each round increases your drunk meter by a random amount. Push your luck and stop before you pass out.
- -Another Round: push for a higher round count
- -I'm Done: stop and lock in your result
Stats tracked: plays, streak, and highest rounds survived. This is the only game with no Golden Coin risk.
Your Tavern Record
Use View Tavern Stats from the main tavern screen to see your full history per game: plays, wins, losses, Golden Coins won and lost, profit or loss, and your longest consecutive win streak or highest score.
Drinking Contest stats show plays, most rounds survived, and your personal best.
Tavern Checklist
